Susanne Köster

Susanne is a secretary and foreign language correspondent with a 2-year stay in the USA from 1991-1993. After her training in 1997, she worked as an assistant to the management, sales, marketing and event assistant in the construction industry, a family business in mechanical engineering and also on a freelance basis as an international assistant for a publishing house and a machine manufacturer in the food industry. 

Susanne has been part of the team at TWINCORE since September 2016 and, as a part-time secretary at the Institute for Experimental Virology, is responsible for all personnel-related measures including the application process in collaboration with the HR department of the HZI and the MHH. She enjoys organising events and is also responsible for travel planning and internal and external scheduling in her role as assistant to the head of the institute, Thomas Pietschmann. She is also happy to answer all organisational questions in the secretariat.
