Natascha von Herz

Natascha von Herz (nee. Sievers) is the Strategic Advisor to the Head of Administration at TWINCORE since 2025. In this role, she focuses on a range of topics, including process management and organizational development, as well as digitalization, new work, sustainability and diversity. She is also the data protection coordinator of TWINCORE. 

After studying social sciences and sociology, Natascha von Herz worked for several years as a project manager at a medical and scientific publishing house before joining TWINCORE.
