A practical guide to vibe engineering

The seminar covers the principles and tools of "vibe engineering" for using AI coding agents to solve digital problems. Participants will learn how to leverage these agents while understanding and mitigating associated risks to data and intellectual property. The session includes practical examples and guidance for safe implementation.

Event information
  •  –
  • TWINCORE Seminar Room 0020
  • You are a bioinformatician/data scientist and you have a big pile of tasks that you never seem to have the time to tackle
  • You are a wet-lab scientist, have generated some exciting data, but it has been sitting on the nearest bioinformatician's desk for too long
  • You would like to make a piece of software to automate a task that only affects you specifically

If you recognize yourself into one of these scenarios, then you would benefit from learning to use AI coding agents! The Twincore AI taskforce is organizing a training event on

16 April 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00 (noon), in seminar room 0020.

You will learn:

  • The principles of "vibe engineering"
  • The tools that allow you to "vibe engineer" a solution to your (digital) problems
  • The risks of letting an AI agent control your computer and how to prevent them effectively
  • How to "vibe engineer" with minimal risks to your data and intellectual property

Spaces are limited, and so we request that anyone interested sign up here:
