Christine Ehlers is an examined pharmacist. She completed her pharmacy degree in 2021 and subsequently her Master’s degree in Drug Research at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel. For her Master's thesis, which she wrote at the Department of Pharmaceutical Biology, she investigated the modulating effect of multiple sulphated glycans on coagulation factors. In 2022, she started her PhD in the research group Translational Immunology at TWINCORE in Hannover. As part of her research project, she is focussing on the role of innate immunity in the pathogenesis of rare inflammatory diseases.
